This photo
was taken in April '99 when Newt finished his CDX. I
could never have been more proud of my fella. We were told by one judge
that we made a good team when working together. :)
Newt never
had to be taught to bring me the dumbbell. He was born retrieving it.

I put a
special effect on this photo to make it look more like a watercolor
painting. Newt loved herding whether ducks or sheep.
Newt holding
a flock of about 50+ sheep while practicing for one of his herding
titles.
Newt and I loved to go hiking before he
tore his ACL at 11 yrs. of age. This photo was taken at the summit of
Sharp Top on the Blue Ridge Mountains. This is how Newt and I celebrated
New Years Day in 2000.
